Hey Gary, Thanks for your help with this. Just a note to let you know that I picked up my 2010 motorcycle trailer yesterday from your shop and I was very happy with the service I received from start to finish. 1/ I was able to get it in for its 1st annual safety on sort notice 2/ everyone I talked to (the two guys in the yard, the lady at the front desk, Christine, Scott) knew the routine and where genuinely happy to help get the job done 3/ I felt that my much loved trailer was in good hands and that it would get whatever it needed to safely transport my expensive and varied cargo once again this year 4/ there was an unexpected warranty repair done on the suspension at no cost to me but I'm glad it was caught and corrected before it became a problem 5/ I liked that some paint was added to my (minor) rusty tongue and washing the trailer is another great touch 6/ the trailer was done on time, I had help hooking it up, and paying was quick and easy So in a nutshell I was very happy with my experience at Jensen Trailers once again and will be back! Cheers!

through Jensen Trailers. This trailer was a custom unit and took extensive time and effort from everyone at Jensen trailers. Upon having and using this trailer I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of this unit from all parties involved; United Trailers; Sierra Interiors and of course Jensen Trailers. As you know this unit is extremely custom and complicated and I am extremely pleased with the effort that everyone at Jensen Trailers took to make sure that I was getting everything that I wanted. I know from past experience that this would not have happened at any other trailer retailer and all of you should be very proud of the way that you handled this difficult trailer and the way that you treated me as a customer. I will strongly recommend to anyone requiring a trailer to visit Jensen Trailers. They will not be disappointed. THANK YOU very much for a job well done.
